I made a very big mistake about choosing my orthopedic pillow. I found out the pillow I have ordered would not for for me. So I cancelled. Lowe's company gave my money back in 10 mins. I will recommend them to everyone.
The problem has been resolved through Kazan and the review is removed.

This company is an absolute joke, do not buy from them. I placed an order on 7th Jan 2020, with the promise of 48hr dispatch. After a week, still nothing, so I chased it up a few times, to be told each time that it was just about to be dispatched - still nothing, so I cancelled the order, and got what I needed from elsewhere. Then inevitably, the order I had cancelled, arrived - 3 weeks after I'd placed the original order. Since then I have been trying to sort a return - I have been told that Brexit is causing issues with their courier/returns - it's been 3 months!!! They still will not process my return or issue a refund - I have been incredibly patient and reasonable, but they have done nothing to resolve the issue, and I've had enough. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - their customer service is appalling, I have wasted a lot of time trying to resolve a problem of their making, and I suspect I will never get my refund.
This company has taken my deposit and disappeared, I cannot get hold of them and I've left messages but still no reply.
Adam called yesterday & repaired our sofa. He replaced the foam in one of our cushions. Honestly, it’s as good as new. We didn’t expect him to repair it there & then. He was very efficient & he did it very professionally in about 45 mins. Great Job!! Very pleased.
Totally unresponsive scammers! I placed an order on 20 December. At the time of ordering all the products except one were listed ¨In Stock, shipping in 48h-72h¨ and one ¨In Stock, shipping in 6/7 days¨. Well, nothing has shipped yet. So I messaged them three days ago to follow up on the order and expected shipping date and they can´t even respond to my message, which I can see was received as it´s viewable on the Messages section of the order. The Sklum website looks nice with some lovely products but do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money on these scammers! TCOUFIPCM
