Loveholidays refunds are secure

I can not make a complaint against Loveholidays Company. They have been super nice to us. We booked a Loveholidays hotel for August in Milos, Greece. We decided to use monthly payment option. After 3 instalments, we have learnt I was pregnant and we can not travel abroad. We informed them but we thought they would not refund us. Surprisingly, Loveholidays refunded us fully. We are thankful.
