No matter how much I have tried to contact Luno Customer Service, I could not manage to contact them. One of the worst customer service I have ever seen and trust me I have traded with many. They promise for a spotless customer support but they do not answer users' mails even. What on earth a crypto exchange is reliable if you can not reach them even. I am very disappointed by their approach.

Something is wrong with it! The screen says AltCoinTrader is down for maintenance. Today all day it gave me this notification and cos it is down, I couldnt trade XRP or Eth. I lost hell of money. I have no idea why it happened. I just hope that it is not one of those sneaky companies who put their crypto exchanges down to profit for a while. This is incredibly bothering. I really hope they will fic the problem very soon and apologize.

Trading my cryptos here for more than a year now. I would like to inform others about BTCMarkets.net issues. First of all, to be frank, it really provides what it promises about cryptocurrency exchanges. It is one of the best crypto exchanges comparing multiple deposit options and easy withdrawals. But I have serious problems about BTC trading exchange. The fees are unfairly high to buy BTC and sell BTC. I dunno if it is same for altcoins.

A close friend of mine advised Wazirx. I have read appealing Wazirx cyrpto exchange reviews about low transfer fees and user-friendly approach of  them on the internet including Trustpilot etc. Most Wazirx complaints mention the same negativity with my review. Why the Indian Rupee is the only fiat currency available? It is obvious that limited currency is a big issue in crypto exchange market. Since I am in London, I have to convert my pounds into rupees ( extra 1,2 % loss in exchange fees) I am sorry for my bad review but I believe they must expand their fiat currency scale as soon as possible!

Kraken is one of the oldest crypto wallets with millions of customers. They have the power to ease how to deposit and how to withdraw. But no no! They have strict regulations even after verification. This is very disturbing. Considering high Kraken transfer fees for ETH and unfair Kraken withdrawal fees to cash out my OWN assets, I have no reason to stay in this circus! Beware of funding your Kraken acc!!!
