Littlewoods Ireland customer support is really tiring

I have purchased a trench coat from Littlewoods Ireland online shopping last year. I have used it for a month. Then I washed it in washing machine but in the conditions it says on etiquette. It lost all its color. I contacted to Littlewoods Ireland customer care and they blamed me with washing wrong. I explained them and said my word supposed to be counted. After a long discussion, they finally let me to make a refund to Littlewoods Ireland.
