Absolutely brilliant. Just finished the 3-day First Aid at Work course. I'm a mental health nurse, and I have to say, this training was above and beyond the first aid training I received as a student! I took the course to refresh my skills and gain confidence so I could practice First Aid as a volunteer and feel less anxious about addressing first aid issues at work. Not only was it a great refresher and helped me gain more confidence, but I also learned a lot of extremely useful practical skills which I can bring to my work too. I will be heartily recommending them to everyone I know! Also, did you know the lungs of the Resus Annie manikins need changing? I didn't, but these folks do! Most providers will have you sharing lungs with others on the course (not just gross, but also a massive infection control issue!), but these folks at LSA give you your own manikin and change those lungs every time. They also offer to keep you up to date with changes in first aid guidance, which helps keep your practice evidence-based, which is above and beyond what I expected. Absolutely can't fault them or recommend them enough. Excellent stuff. Cheers!

Having been recommended to this company to have a medical to obtain my C1 licence having recently been made redundant, I was excited. But this excitement soon disappeared when DVLA informed me that my vehicle licence had been revoked, due to D4drivers GP ticking the wrong box on the D4 medical report. Despite many telephone calls to this company a great many of these not even logged on there system. D4drivers refused to accept liability and would only accept the explanation given by their GP. They informed me that I would have to rebook AND pay once again for this medical. The GP was at the time given all the correct information and had evidence in his hand that corroborated the information needed. But no, not even a supervisor was able to offer me a further medical at D4drivers cost. They were only intended in the information given by their GP. I would not recommend D4drivers to anyone, they are only interested in getting numbers through as was apparent at my appointment as we were rushed through. Only ten minutes or so was allowed for this appointment. I feel unfairly ill treated by D4drivers again through no fault of my own, as I informed them from the beginning of this debacle all I wanted was for this to be sorted. But no D4drivers were not interested.
