AVOID AT ALL COST!

Truly a very disappointing experience. I put in a very large order on 05/07, with a lead time of 45-54 days. I even paid an extra amount for a booster mage account to be purchased in order to meet this timeline, which was top priority. I told them without the delivery guarantee, it wasn't worth it to me. It has now been 80 days, and my order is not yet ready. Customer service switches reps randomly on the LFC discord, and I am asked the same questions over and over again every couple of hours. They don't care about your input, or satisfaction. They claim things "aren't up to them" and I was even called a liar when I said it had been 80 days since my order. They hadn't even checked... Now, they seemed confused when I said I wanted a discount for wasting my money and time. They asked me, and I quote "On your current order? how to understand the discount? a discount cannot be given for something that has already been paid for and is being executed, have you ever seen this?" ummmm yes? I have, plenty of times. For goods that aren't delivered on time or in the condition which they were agreed upon. So, great, I am 40 days late and counting on an order I paid a premium for, I am repeating myself every few hours on the discord, and I am nowhere near reaching a resolution with this. For the amount of money I paid, I could've gotten better service elsewhere. The order was finally completed, after 102 DAYS!!! So now the advantage of having leveled characters early in the expansion are gone, and the gold I hoped to make off of the boost are gone. And the only thing I was offered, after much debate, is a $200 LFC credit for the purchased booster account... As if I would ever purchase anything from them again. Do not buy from this service. They will tell you whatever you want to hear so you give them your credit card info, and then go on leisurely about their day, with no regard for customer satisfaction and retention. I guarantee you, if all these 5 star reviews with a 2 word description were as rigorously checked as mine, I doubt this service would have a 2 star rating. I had to show proof of receipt, along with order number, for my review to stay up... Where are the receipts for these bogus 5 star reviews? How can we flag them for verification?

The problem has been resolved through Kazan and the review is removed.
