Extreme delays in Lazada shipping

Bought a HP laptop 8 days ago and from Lazada online shopping site and somehow it is not in my house still. It was a very good price. I can not be unfair but free shipping is horrible. I should spend some SGD for Lazada shipping. Silly me!
