dissapointing customer services

As everyone mentioned above,the customer services are very tiring and slow.Very difficult to communicate.Maybe my English is poor,dunno. I was suspicious about cashing out but surprisingly my cashout money was in my Paypal accaount in 20 mins.At least they r not cheating.LOL
