Kmart shipping has big holes

Although, I really like Kmart online shopping sites and Kmart stores. I need to be honest about they shipping policy. You can never know when your item can come in this site. The track number they are giving does not lead you to specific details. The shipping takes more time than other online shopping companies and sometimes you need to go to take your pack from the central office. These do not suit to such a big company Like KMART.
