Kmart disappointed me this time

I have been using Kmart online shopping services for decades and had never a bad experience until last week. The headphones I have ordered come faulty after a whole week. I wanted to give back and they want me to pay the shipping cost. It is their fault and Kmart refund suppose to be free! I feel furious and disappointed.
