my Klook Travel reservation is approved or not?

I have been waiting for my Klook Travel reservation code for a while. Almost 3 days and still nothing in my email address. I have checked my Spam folder several times. Tried to call Klook Travel customer service from the number on the website but no answer. I am getting furious day by day. Super disturbing mistake
