Klarna shops & how they handle them

Bought a lenovo laptop using klarna. Item never arrived. Lenovo could confirm the absence of the item, aand even went as far as trying to mediate a solution among 3 parties, only in vain. I'll take it to authorities. Such a pain in the arse.
