My Jumia refund was funny but not a joke

I always complain and somehow I re-purchase items from Jumia e-commerce site again and again. Probably because of welcoming Jumia discounts. The last time I bought a metal drawer for shoes. The shipping was very fast but I found a deep scratch on the front metal cover. I completed a Jumia refund form and waiting to receive my refund. Nobody contacted me to inform anything. I am wondering how they will handle the refund without contacting me! Lets see!
