Shambles

this is the worst law firm I have ever dealt with/ heard of , it has been a year since I made my first claim and have had 4 medical reports sent back to be amended ,one of the times the "medical professional" point blank refused to amend the report even after numerous mistakes ( loosing medical documents ) where made , very little and far between communication , multiple handlers dealing with my case ( even though the 3rd party immediately admitted fault ) this has still not been sorted and my latest report has changed my occupation from delivery driver to water-ski instructor , now forcing me to contact the ombudsman as they are do incompetent they cannot complete a simple task , NEVER EVERRRRRRRR use this company
