WITHDRAWAL

I'm very disappointed on how you guys handle this payment issue, I have been struggling for about a week just to get my money which I have won from.you after uploading all the necessary documents you requested. You guys sent me an SMS Via Nedbank Cardless Withdrawal but all I get is slips with no cash coming out. Went to the nedbank branch but said I must call you guys. I did that with your consultant but still nothing is been done about this matter. I mean since last week Tuesday now it's Tuesday again I'm not happy at all But why do I have to beg for my money for so long?
