Crap company, avoid at all costs

I ordered. Tracker watch 31st October 2021, their online tracker system said following day that order was prepared, ready for dispatch. This never altered. I sent 8 emails asking for progress or watch. No answer to any of them. Started on line chat which they never followed up on. Tried phoning, auto message simply said that all phone lines were switched off as they were busy. I here now come to the conclusion that it is a scam site ripping people off.
