A bit confused

I am making this FreeBitco review as a person who has not tried yet. However, I have enough experience in cryptocurrency sector to understand that some exchanges are not safe. FreeBitco gives me a vibe of high commissions and unsecure financial activity. It has a very simple interface with a confusing FreeBitco customer support. This is the reason I have never used them.
