Expedia customer service is a wall

Purchased Bangkok plane tickets from Expedia flights and I have never taken verification email. I contacted to Expedia customer support and informed them money was taken out from my debit card. They started to mean I was lying. I sent them my documents. They finally accepted their mistake and I took a Expedia refund after a week. I will never use them again.
