Europa Casino holds my money and closed my account

Used Europa Casino for 2 years with no problem. I deposited and withdrew multiple times. My account was verified. 2 weeks ago, I could not sign in and it started to say that ''This account is suspended''. I sent an email to customer service to complain for and they told me my account is one of the duplicated accounts. This is a huge lie. I requested to be paid out. They did not answer yet. I am waiting.
