Etsy buyer rights

Bought a blue bohemian style macrame wall hanging.Coming from Germany for 5 weeks.I asked the seller on Etsy message section what had actually happened and she answered she couldn't find product's Etsy track number. What is my right if I don't receive an item from Etsy?After how many days does Etsy do sth about it?
