Ebay item with wrong color :(

Purchased a trendy yellow cashmere coat from Ebay clothing section and came blue.I was so devastated.Contacted with Ebay buyer rights .They asked my Ebay order number and we found out my choice was already blue.So no buyer refund or money back. But they gave me a 10€ Ebay voucher.
