It is impossible to talk to Dunnes Stores shopping

Waiting my Dunnes Stores shipping for a week now. Tracking number says it is shipped but nothing else. I have tried to contact customer support to ask and they have not returned my email yet. All in mess. I dunno know if I will shop from Dunnes Stores shopping again.
