Dafabet cashout problem

I will try my best to be fair in my Dafabet review. I signed up in 2019 and left my account. Forgot even. When I tried to register July 2020, I received a notification that my email was already inside. I contacted them to verify my account and I sent my ID and bank account details. I have deposited multiple times and how to deposit was smooth. I thought it was time to use Dafabet withdrawal and ordered a cash out. I was aware that the fiat currency is only Ringgit. Then I realized they have cut the 2% fee for my Bank Wire Transfer. I asked why?They claimed my bank charged me. I'd like to know who charged me.
