Poor customer service

Having been recommended to this company to have a medical to obtain my C1 licence having recently been made redundant, I was excited. But this excitement soon disappeared when DVLA informed me that my vehicle licence had been revoked, due to D4drivers GP ticking the wrong box on the D4 medical report. Despite many telephone calls to this company a great many of these not even logged on there system. D4drivers refused to accept liability and would only accept the explanation given by their GP. They informed me that I would have to rebook AND pay once again for this medical. The GP was at the time given all the correct information and had evidence in his hand that corroborated the information needed. But no, not even a supervisor was able to offer me a further medical at D4drivers cost. They were only intended in the information given by their GP. I would not recommend D4drivers to anyone, they are only interested in getting numbers through as was apparent at my appointment as we were rushed through. Only ten minutes or so was allowed for this appointment. I feel unfairly ill treated by D4drivers again through no fault of my own, as I informed them from the beginning of this debacle all I wanted was for this to be sorted. But no D4drivers were not interested.
