withdrawal time

I m in Casumo almost 2 years.Personally, never had any issues withdrawing,generally got it within 24-36 hours tops.Last week I won a good amount and wanted to cashout.I am waiting for 3 days and Casumo customer support keeps on telling me it is on process.Let's see
