They are a joke...one excuse after another

I recently signed up to bet on the Kentucky Derby and ended up betting all day on this site. The deposit process and betting experience was actually easy. I liked it and kept betting. I had bet on 11 races and all results were official no more than 10 minutes after each race and my account balance updated. It's worth commenting that I had been losing most of the day. I then bet on the winning horse for the Derby and got a decent payout. 30 minutes later, no balance update...1 hour later, no balance update. I called, and they said they didn't have official results even though the hosting track had already posted official results. I started to get suspicious. To their credit, after that call my balance updated within 15 minutes. Next problem, I went to request a payout and didn't have an option because they said they were reviewing documents I submitted. Another problem, I had not submitted documents. I emailed support this time, and they replied it was a system error. I logged back in, and it was fixed. I then started the process to request a payout. I requested the full amount and assumed they would deduct their fee from my payout. Request denied, balance not sufficient. I emailed support AGAIN, and they said I had not accounted for the fee in my request, but "for my inconvenience, they credited my account with another $100". OK, so I go back to request the payout, I requested less this time to account for the fee just to be safe. Request denied, there was a problem with the document upload. This place is a joke. Stay away, they will gladly take your money and make that very easy but when it's time for them to pay they start playing games. Not worth it. They owe me over $1,300 US...I'll likely never see it. Will have to begin dispute process...what a pain.
