BTCMarkets verification delay

Another BTCMarkets complaint for slow verifications! I have sent everything they asked for. My passport, residence card, water bill and my driving licence. They are still saying me ''Verification is in process''. I really have no idea why they are so slow on such an easy process. I have heard very good BTCMarkets reviews and now I am pretty sad with this delayment
