BTCMarkets service is inefficient

I can not say I am very satisfied with BTCMarkets trading. Besides high trading fees, I believe BTCMarkets Customer Support is worse than they claim. I had a verification issue that it kept on saying ''I was not verified''. I asked why to customer service and they convinced me to send again and again. Finally they found out I was already verified. No connection with resources department. It was bothering
