unreachable phone number

I registered with Boylesports about 25 days ago. There was no option to request any documents during registration. I cannot withdraw my money because there is no document now. I couldn't reach Boylesports customer service. Phones turn off without ringing. Hopefully response from Boylesports email support will be provided.
