I am terribly sorry for all hotels and house owners in Booking.com in Greece.Due to lockdown in whole country,we had to cancel all reservations via Booking.com.Customer support was so nice and useful during this dark days.Booking.com genius members are offered very high promos now to keep the wheel running.Thank you,Booking.com

I have never had a problem for 4 years. But I am a smart traveler who makes a great amount of research before booking. Anyways, last time my Hotels.com booking was cancelled with no reason or warning. I couldnt figure out why. I wrote customer service and waiting for an answer.
I want to cancel my upcoming hotel reservation but I forgot my password. I also lost my registered email adress. I want to reach Booking.com customer service. What to do? They do not answer my mails.
It is saved in my favourites. I have never travelled for 25 years without checking Tripadvisor hotel prices or experiences for a spesific location. Easy to navigate and always helped me alot
forgot my credentials including the email. clicking forgot my password asks for the email - i wish they offered extra ways to get back our credentials.
