Spectacular customer support in Binance

Have been using Binance for the last 6 months! I can honestly say that Binance customer service is much better than the others in the sector! I had a serious issue about exchange fees and I couldn't contact customer support for an hour in Coinbase! Last night I faced the same kind of problem, but thanks to Binance online help, the lady explained to me all fees with details and left no question mark. I want you to know that efficient customer service is as crucial as low exchange fees.
