The company is bragging for Big Dollar Casino customer service but i can honestly say that they are one of the worst I have seen. They are answering totally automatic and I feel they just do not care

Hi I was trying to withdraw funds to the same card they I deposited from. I sent a message to say this but received a message to send in photos of my credit card front and back. I am not comfortable with this and can’t understand why I can’t receive withdrawals onto the same card as other betting websites do? Can you please advise. Thank you.
