poor Bet365 customer service

betted on PA0-AEK match and received my Bet365 winnings as soon as the match ended. I can clearly say that Bet365 withdrawals are fast and easy. But there is something I do not like about Bet365 sports betting. Their customer support delays to answer. Sometimes I have to wait a whole day to take an answer for my email. They do need a live chat support.
