Poor Customer Service and Product - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service- products are cheap Absolutely disgusted with the level of customer service - promised call backs and never called back. Totally dissatisfied with the product- requested refund and was refused, advised I had to just have replacement parts- provided all details and 2 weeks later my children are still sleeping on the floor. Product from 3rd party supplier so unable to provide any information- still do not have a dispatch date for replacement parts and still no communication from any of their team. I would not recommend using this company.
