I’m so disappointed and sad to write this review, but it is the last resort I have. I placed a big order and the parcel is a month late. All my complaints have been ignored. I even contacted them on Instagram and got no answer. I am aware that some orders can be delayed, but I wished to receive a notification or an answer (email) explaining this as I’m a customer and deserve at least to know what happened to my parcel!
