Prime is good but not for streaming

I have been a prime member fr some time noıw, for shopping many advantages I like them but when it comes to streaming the quality is really bad. I need to start over a show, reboot tv just to make the show load an watch. Netflix is better. And the interface oh man, it is the worst, whenever I want to add subtitles Danish shows up? WTF?
