This service is so bad

Yesterday I deposited with master card, i win some money and I wanted withdraw, but I can’t, today I needed send lot if information, they say i can withdraw my money but still can’t, when i get my money back, i never never use this service again, it’s slow, and all is so complicated like, nooo. If u read this DON’T use THIS SERVIS. Is bad rly bad.
