Totally unresponsive scammers! I placed an order on 20 December. At the time of ordering all the products except one were listed ¨In Stock, shipping in 48h-72h¨ and one ¨In Stock, shipping in 6/7 days¨. Well, nothing has shipped yet. So I messaged them three days ago to follow up on the order and expected shipping date and they can´t even respond to my message, which I can see was received as it´s viewable on the Messages section of the order. The Sklum website looks nice with some lovely products but do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money on these scammers! TCOUFIPCM
Great experience shopping on Wish. I don't have anything negative to say. Although the 9 o'clock give away thing could use some work. I've tried to get something and everything is all gone before my phone loads.
I wasn't keen on the service that Boxt had to offer so I ended up going with a competitor that made the process easy from start to finish. I used their online quote tool to get started and they guided me through the rest of the process. https://bunny-boilers.co.uk
Placed 2 orders on 5th December 2020, delivery stated 2 to 3 days, received one order yesterday and still waiting for the other order. I telephoned and customer service not taking calls, have emailed at least 5 times and have had no response whatsoever. I can not believe that no one has even replied, absolutely disgusting the way they treat their customers. I have emailed again asking for a full refund and still no response. Only use this Company if your prepared to wait for orders or refunds.......
I made a very big mistake about choosing my orthopedic pillow. I found out the pillow I have ordered would not for for me. So I cancelled. Lowe's company gave my money back in 10 mins. I will recommend them to everyone.
